advice from people who have had an inguinal hernia

About Herniabible

The Herniabible system has been under development by Craig Sams since he developed an inguinal hernia in 1989. Craig had booked himself in for surgery, but was not happy with the lack of answers to his questions about post-operative complications. So he set out on a quest to heal his own hernia.

The Herniabible system consists of

  • Controlling pain and swelling by reducing pressure inside the abdomen
  • Regular Pilates exercises to improve the strength of abdominal muscles
  • Wearing a Flat Pad Hernia Support to keep the hernia in

For further information, please follow the link to the main Herniabible website, where you will find more information about the programme, statistics on post-operative complications such as chronic pain and numbness, case reports and our forum.
